If you post comments on the Discussion Forums, they must not involve any copyright violations; libel or defamation; profanity or pornography; verbal threats, harassments, or abuses; or "spam" and other commercial solicitations. I reserve the right to delete any and all of your comments or revoke your posting privileges for any reason whatsoever, though I if I do so, it is probably because you violated the Terms of Use and not because I merely disagree with your comments. website, including from bugs, viruses, and the like, which may be
transmitted to or through my website unbeknownst to me by any third
party. You specifically acknowledge that I shall not be held liable
for user comments posted on this site which may cause you any legal
harm. The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply to the
fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
You also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold me harmless from and
against any claims, actions, demands, expenses, liabilities, costs,
debts, and damages (including legal and professional fees) asserted

dispute between you and me pertaining to this website will be
resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.
