Version History
The first publically available draft of The Essential-Liberalism Manifesto was designated Version 1.0. It was posted on this web site on October 15, 2008, and is still the latest version. Any changes made to the Manifesto after Version 1.0 will result in an updated version number. This page will describe the specific changes made in each revision.
